The therapist uses smooth, rhythmic movements designed to calm the nervous system while addressing areas of physical tension in the back, shoulders, and legs. Cancellation Policy
Break Time Spa, LLC, doing business as Break Time Massage Therapy, provides licensed massage therapy services through independent practitioners at licensed spa locations or via approved mobile appointments. We do not operate a public spa and do not provide services at private residences outside authorized mobile arrangements. Late arrivals may reduce session time; full fees still apply. Cancellation & No-Show: At least 24-hour notice required. Cancellations <24 hours may incur 50–100% of service fee. Same-day cancellations/no-shows: 100% fee. Repeat offenses may limit bookings. Illness: Reschedule if ill, experiencing flu-like symptoms, fever, or contagious conditions to protect health of clients and practitioners. Payment & Pricing: Payment due at booking or service. Methods vary by location and include credit/debit cards or approved digital payments. Prices subject to change without notice. Gratuities: Not required but appreciated; policies may vary by location or independent arrangement. Professional Conduct & Right to Refuse Service: Zero tolerance for inappropriate behavior or language. Sessions may be terminated with full fees applied.
