 Break Time Spa is a wellness-focused practice dedicated to providing personalized massage for stress relief, pain reduction, and total-body relaxation. Inspired by Sacred Lomi Hawaiian Temple, guided by Ayurvedic principles, and supported by modern clinical techniques, each session offers a deeply restorative experience designed to support the body, mind, and spirit.
