Posture check!!!


Tightened fascia pulls our muscles and skeleton out of proper alignment and posture, which can cause pain, discomfort, and fatigue. With massage, the muscles are loosened and relaxed, joints have greater range of motion and pressure points are relieved. It allows the body to position itself in a healthy and natural posture. Bad posture are sometimes the most common culprit we experience pain in our body.
