With two full hours dedicated to relaxation and restoration, this extended treatment allows the body and mind to completely disconnect from stress. The experience begins with the gentle introduction of calming essential oils that immediately create a peaceful atmosphere. As the massage begins, flowing techniques encourage circulation while gradually releasing muscle tension throughout the body. With additional time available, the therapist can work more thoroughly across the entire body while maintaining a slow, rhythmic pace that promotes deep relaxation. Areas commonly affected by stress—such as the neck, shoulders, and lower back—receive focused therapeutic attention. The aromatic environment enhances the massage by engaging the senses and encouraging the nervous system to move into a deeply restorative state. Cancellation Policy
Break Time Spa, LLC provides licensed massage therapy through independent licensed practitioners in a private wellness suite, approved mobile appointments, and corporate onsite programs, for relaxation, stress relief, and physical restoration. We are not a walk-in spa. By booking, you agree to these terms: 1. Appointment Agreement. Your booking reserves a dedicated time based on service type. All appointments are subject to availability, confirmation, and intake approval. We may decline service for safety, compliance, or professional standards. 2. Service Types. Private Wellness Suite: private, appointment-only therapeutic environment. Mobile Services (if approved): approved locations only; clients must ensure a safe, quiet, appropriate space; availability is limited and subject to approval. Corporate Wellness Programs: onsite services under a separate agreement with the purchasing company; require minimum commitment terms and scheduled coordination. 3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy. At least 24 hours' notice required. Less than 24 hours: 50–100% fee may apply. Same-day cancellations: 100% fee. No-shows: 100% fee. Repeated cancellations may limit booking availability. 4. Arrival & Session Flow. Arrive 5–10 minutes early. Late arrivals may reduce session time; full fees apply regardless. Corporate sessions follow pre-scheduled arrival and setup windows. 5. Payment & Billing. Payment is due at booking or service depending on service type. Corporate Wellness Plans are billed monthly under agreed terms; first-month corporate payments are non-refundable once scheduling begins. Prices may change without notice. Purchased packages and agreements are honored as stated at purchase. 6. Professional Conduct & Right to Refuse. We maintain a respectful, professional therapeutic environment. Inappropriate behavior, language, or conduct may result in immediate termination with full charges. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for safety concerns, policy violations, incomplete health disclosure, or disruptive behavior. 7. Health & Safety. Clients must reschedule if experiencing fever, flu-like symptoms, or contagious conditions. Corporate clients must provide a safe onsite environment for staff and equipment. 8. Corporate Wellness Terms. Corporate Wellness Plans require minimum commitment terms, scheduled coordination, and written notice for cancellation after the agreed term. Full terms are at checkout. 9.
