The Complete Postnatal Renewal session offers the most comprehensive recovery experience for new mothers. This extended treatment allows the therapist to work slowly and intentionally across the entire body while supporting the body’s natural recovery process. The session begins with gentle techniques that encourage relaxation and circulation while allowing the body to settle into comfort. From there, therapeutic massage focuses on areas that commonly carry postnatal tension such as the neck, shoulders, back, hips, and legs. With two full hours available, the therapist can work methodically across the body while maintaining a calm and nurturing pace throughout the session. This extended time allows muscles to release more gradually while supporting overall physical recovery. The treatment also provides mothers with a rare opportunity to fully relax and restore their energy during an important stage of recovery. Cancellation Policy
Break Time Spa, LLC, doing business as Break Time Massage Therapy, provides licensed massage therapy services through independent practitioners in a private wellness suite environment, licensed spa partner locations, and approved mobile appointments. We operate as a private, appointment-only wellness practice and do not function as a public walk-in spa. Services are not provided at private residences outside approved mobile arrangements. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following policies designed to ensure a safe, respectful, and high-quality therapeutic experience. Booking & Eligibility: Appointments are available online or through licensed spa partners. Clients must be 18+. Bookings are subject to availability, confirmation, and intake approval. We may decline service when necessary for safety, compliance, or professional standards. Arrival: Please arrive 5–10 minutes early. Late arrivals may shorten session time to maintain schedule integrity. Full fees apply regardless of arrival time. Each session includes time for consultation, preparation, and transition to ensure a smooth therapeutic flow. Cancellation & No-Show: We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations under 24 hours may incur 50–100% of the service fee. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged 100%. Repeated late cancellations may limit future bookings. Illness: Please reschedule if you have fever, flu-like symptoms, or contagious conditions. Payment & Pricing: Payment is due at booking or service depending on location. Accepted methods may include credit/debit cards or digital payments. Pricing may change without notice; packages and promotions are honored as purchased. Gratuity: Optional and appreciated. Tipping practices may vary by location or practitioner arrangement. Conduct & Right to Refuse: We maintain a respectful therapeutic environment. Inappropriate behavior, language, or requests may result in immediate termination of service with full charges applied. We may refuse or discontinue service for safety concerns, policy violations, incomplete health disclosure, or disruptive conduct. Therapeutic Notice: Services are for relaxation, stress relief, muscle tension reduction, and general wellness only. They are not a substitute for medical care.
