The Essential Reset Experience session provides focused therapeutic relief for areas of the body most affected by daily stress and muscle tension. This treatment is ideal for clients who need targeted work within a shorter session while still receiving the benefits of personalized therapeutic massage. The session begins with a brief consultation to identify key areas of discomfort such as the neck, shoulders, back, or hips. From there, the therapist applies customized techniques designed to relieve muscle tightness, improve circulation, and promote relaxation. A combination of therapeutic muscle work and smooth flowing strokes helps the body gradually release built-up tension. While the session focuses primarily on specific problem areas, it also allows the nervous system to calm and the body to reset from the demands of everyday life. Clients often choose the Essential Reset when they need efficient but effective muscle relief, especially after long workdays, physical activity, or extended periods of sitting. This session leaves the body feeling lighter, more mobile, and noticeably relaxed while helping prevent tension from building into chronic discomfort.
Cancellation Policy
Break Time Spa, LLC, doing business as Break Time Massage Therapy, provides licensed massage therapy services through independent practitioners at licensed spa locations or via approved mobile appointments. We do not operate a public spa and do not provide services at private residences outside authorized mobile arrangements. Clients must be 18+; minors require a parent/guardian present. Sessions are subject to availability and confirmation. Arrival: Arrive 5–10 minutes early. Late arrivals may reduce session time; full fees still apply. Cancellation & No-Show: At least 24-hour notice required. Cancellations <24 hours may incur 50–100% of service fee. Same-day cancellations/no-shows: 100% fee. Repeat offenses may limit bookings. Illness: Reschedule if ill, experiencing flu-like symptoms, fever, or contagious conditions to protect health of clients and practitioners. Payment & Pricing: Payment due at booking or service. Methods vary by location and include credit/debit cards or approved digital payments. Prices subject to change without notice. Gratuities: Not required but appreciated; policies may vary by location or independent arrangement. Professional Conduct & Right to Refuse Service: Zero tolerance for inappropriate behavior or language. Sessions may be terminated with full fees applied.
