Break Time Spa, LLC, doing business as Break Time Massage Therapy, provides licensed massage therapy services through independent practitioners at licensed spa locations or via approved mobile appointments. We do not operate a public spa and do not provide services at private residences outside authorized mobile arrangements. Policies & Terms By booking, you agree to the following policies designed to ensure safety, fairness, and quality care. Booking: Appointments are online or via licensed spa partners. Clients must be 18+; minors require a parent/guardian present. Sessions are subject to availability and confirmation. Arrival: Arrive 5–10 minutes early. Late arrivals may reduce session time; full fees still apply. Cancellation & No-Show: At least 24-hour notice required. Cancellations <24 hours may incur 50–100% of service fee. Same-day cancellations/no-shows: 100% fee. Repeat offenses may limit bookings. Illness: Reschedule if ill, experiencing flu-like symptoms, fever, or contagious conditions to protect health of clients and practitioners. Payment & Pricing: Payment due at booking or service. Methods vary by location and include credit/debit cards or approved digital payments. Prices subject to change without notice. Gratuities: Not required but appreciated; policies may vary by location or independent arrangement. Professional Conduct & Right to Refuse Service: Zero tolerance for inappropriate behavior or language. Sessions may be terminated with full fees applied. Services may be refused for safety concerns, undisclosed health issues, inappropriate behavior, or policy violations. Policy Updates: Policies may change; updates will be reflected on the website.
